Using Bill.me

Since March 2021 Bill.me is no longer accessible via Internet Explorer Browser.

From now on, we recommend using Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or any other browser of your choice.

If you forgot your password and can't log in,
Click "What's my password?" above the "Login" button.
To receive a new password creation link, enter your email address.

While you are logged in, you can change your password at any time in the "Settings" section of your profile.

Bill.me offers you to enable an automatic payment function to pay your bills on the same day they are issued.

You can enable auto payment in your Bill.me profile, in the "Dashboard" and "Wallet" sections.

Bill.me offers you a convenient payment method by payment card.

To make a payment:

  1. log in to your Bill.me profile;
  2. select the bill you want to pay;
  3. click «Pay».

Enter your payment card details to save it and use it to pay bills.

Only registered users can submit meter readings within the time period set by the service provider.
To submit meter readings:

  1. select the "Meters" section;
  2. select your address and the corresponding meter;
  3. enter the meter reading;
  4. click the arrow to save the entered readings.

You can edit the entered readings throughout the entire period.

Bill.me mobile app provides all the features and benefits of the platform on your smartphone.

You can download Bill.me mobile app from App Store, Google Play and Huawei AppGallery.

By enabling auto payment, bills will be paid automatically on the day they are received.

Bill.me will attempt to make a payment for the exact amount of the bill and will confirm this by sending an email.

Registration

For the tenant of the object to have access to bills and meters. The owner of the object can add a tenant to his Bill.me profile settings in the "Delegates" section, clicking the "+ Add delegate" button and entering the requested data.
