As a unified solution for bill management, Bill.me has been offering customers the ability to pay monthly bills in one place since 2017, also providing various other online services.
"Our vision when creating Bill.me was to unite as many domestic service providers as possible. In turn, we wanted to offer residents an innovative tool for managing monthly bills, as we believe modern technology should serve people, making daily life more convenient. Initially, one could only become a Bill.me user by invitation from a specific service provider. Now Bill.me is available to every private individual across Latvia. Anyone can freely register and claim their monthly bills to receive them in one place," comments board member Jevgenijs Loginovs.
Currently, monthly bills from more than 180 service providers across various industries, municipal capital companies, and other enterprises can be received and paid in Bill.me, including LMT, Bite, Elektrum, Tet, the Valmiera region municipality, and many others. The number of companies available on the site continues to grow.
In cooperation with several service providers, Bill.me also offers meter reading submission and direct communication with enterprises. For additional convenience, customers can delegate bills to a family member, tenant, etc., and a free mobile app is available.
"Unlimited access is a big step toward our main goal: to become an accessible tool for every resident, while simultaneously increasing the number of represented service providers. Since Bill.me's creation, our team has been continuously working on improving technology and app design to provide customers with an excellent user experience. We are confident that a product created in Latvia can compete in such a developed digital services market as Estonia, as well as in other European countries," adds Jevgenijs Loginovs.
In Latvia, there are currently more than 140,000 active users, and Bill.me has been exporting its services since its founding. The company also has foreign branches, including in Cyprus and Estonia. Immediate plans include active business expansion in the Baltic market, offering unlimited access to Estonian residents as well.
